Positive, The room was sparkling clean, and I had a lovely sea view balcony. Listening to the waves at night was magical. The staff were the best part, especially Rana at breakfast, who brightened my mornings. Overall, a comfortable stay, well-located for beach access! 😊

missingWrote a review on 14 Novexceptional valet servicelimited storage in room
The valet service was truly exceptional, making parking stress-free in a busy area where ticketing is strict.
The room furnishings felt outdated, with limited space to store luggage, which was quite uncomfortable during our stay.

The room was quite cramped, making it hard to maneuver around the furniture, especially with luggage. There were splinters on the hardwood floor near the bathroom, which could be a hazard. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable, and I found the TV lacking, especially with no English channels available. Internet connectivity was slow, which is a nuisance when you need to reach out to someone or check on your next hyperspace jump.

Charming stay with a historic twist
The historic charm was delightful, with beautiful sea views from the rooftop terrace that were perfect for breakfast. The staff were genuinely friendly, making our mornings pleasant.
However, the furnishings in the room felt tired and in need of some updates. The TV in our room didn’t work, which was a bit disappointing.

The Double or Twin Room was pretty spacious, with a nice sea view. The best part? Huge windows letting in lots of light and that soothing sound of the waves. The decor is charming, giving that old-world feel. But the bedding seemed a bit worn out and not very appealing. Also, the fridge didn't work, and some lights were flickering. So, not perfect, but definitely had its moments!

Amazing Stay with Breathtaking Views!
Our family had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, helping us explore local attractions and suggesting hidden gems in the area. The rooftop dining offered mesmerizing views, enhancing our evening meals. For future guests, ask for a room with a water view – it’s absolutely worth it!

It was just a fitting option for a weekend pause in Syracuse with good value for price. The manager quickly helped us with parking and took care of our car when we had trouble finding a spot. Consider asking for a room with a sea view for a nice balcony experience.

I recently enjoyed a blissful 2-night stay with an incredible seaview balcony that enhanced my mornings and evenings immensely. Breakfast was a delightful spread that exceeded my expectations. The only hiccup was the room size, which felt a bit cramped at times, but I'd still choose this charming hotel again for the overall experience.

During a short stay to explore the lovely Ortigia area, I was pleasantly surprised by the rooftop terrace attached to my single room. It was a great spot to unwind and enjoy the view after a day of visiting the nearby Cathedral of Syracuse and Museo dei Pupi, both just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful, helping me navigate the charming streets and local attractions. Although I encountered some litter in the area, my overall experience was delightful.

The hotel is located in a historic, walkable area.
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several inconveniences. The room I was assigned was cramped and lacked adequate space for my belongings, making it hard to move around comfortably. I also found the air conditioning to be ineffective during my stay, which resulted in uncomfortable heat in the room throughout the day.

Recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway
The staff was incredibly helpful! There was this one guy, Lasindu, who really went above and beyond when I needed a late check-out. It felt like he just understood what I was going through, and that made a huge difference. The breakfast up on the roof was enjoyable too, with the ocean view, it was delightful to start the day. Plus, the room had a balcony with a sea view! I mean, listening to the waves while you sleep? That’s priceless.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.
